Since it is obvious that vaccinated people still spread the bug.....it stands to reason that the virus strains surviving those individuals are of a more virulent nature. This effect has been a common and longstanding problem in North American Hospitals. Incomplete destruction of an infection only fertilizes the next generation of that infection. ...And no....this does not mean that everyone should immediately stand in line and get the shot...or shots. It means that we are messing with something that we are not fully sure of right now and in the process may be making it into a super bug.
