Thats really the best you got in your claimed 400 plus charges?

Taxes and not reporting you use drugs?

Looking at some financial penalties

Lying on the BATF Form 4473 alone is a felony punishable by up to 10 years in prison. It was his own father Joe Biden who ushered in the Brady Handgun Violence Prevention Act of 1993, when he was the Chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee. Wouldn't it be grand if a law his own father sent him to prison for 10 years?

You do know that drug users aren't supposed to be in possession of a firearm, right? Do you condone drug users lying on the Form 4473 to purchase a firearm?

I though you guys and girls were all about "gun control"?

We are.... it was the NRA that insisted on making the question so vague that you'd have to pretty much have snorted a line of coke on the form to actually be in violation.

You know, instead of "Have you ever taken drugs" (which would disqualify most of the population) they ask you if you have a drug problem. Most drug users don't think they have a problem, and they can quit at any time, man.

If they prosecuted every one of the hundred million gun owners who used drugs, we would have to build a million new prisons

Rarely prosecuted, expect a fine

As to his tax issues, every business owner involved in international sales has something questionable on their taxes.

Expect another fine

Has anyone ever gone to jail for this?

Also, have you read the actual question? It was made purposefully vague as to make it virtually impossible to prosecute.

The question reads “Are you an unlawful user of, or addicted to, marijuana or any depressant, stimulant, narcotic drug, or any other controlled substance?” I think that's pretty straight-forward, don't you?

Biden's own Justice Department dismissed a lawsuit challenging the ban on firearms possession by medical marijuana users. But we're not talking simple pot use here. Crack cocaine is a Schedule II substance under the Controlled Substances Act, along with PCP and methamphetamine. Whether or not the BATF is actively prosecuting those who lie of the form is irrelevant and if anything, only shows that the laws are not being upheld.

So then I take you you don't believe federal laws should be observed equally and across the board?

BTW, your facts are disinformation: There are only 70-80 million firearms owners in the US. Unlike the "hundred million gun owners who used drugs" you stated, most of them don't use drugs.

OK

Has he ever been arrested for drug use?
Has he tested positive for drugs in his system?
Was he on drugs when he signed that statement?
A court will require more than a picture on a laptop
