At last! A commonsense, down-to-earth discussion of a complicated subject! This is right on point and makes so much sense that politicians will shove it into the bottom drawer or seek to have it simply disappear. How's this quote?



The inevitable conclusion was that Mexico’s war on drugs, America’s war on drugs, and indeed the world’s war on drugs, are unwinnable.



And not only that, these wars are counterproductive: they lead to both increased violence, increased drug use, increased economic instability and decreased investment, among a whole host of other negative impacts.
