I just did mine this way. They were awesome.

Apparently, I've been doing it wrong by leaving them on the heat.

I did not, however, have tomahtoes with my scrambled eggs.

That looked pretty lousy. Whip the eggs beforehand don't stir them around the pan a lot and take them out of the pan before they are quite done. That's a perfect scrambled egg.

Hate to see people try to re-invent things.

He destroyed breakfast.

Perfect for a salad though.

I whip them with a tablespoon of water, makes the eggs fluffy when you cook them.

Wrong!
The best way to make scrambled eggs is to fry them over-easy and then enjoy the wonderful fluid yoke!

Over medium is better. When ALL of the white is cooked, not snotty. But still has the runny yolk to dip your toast in.

Well, I liked the way he did it. They were perfectrly done. They just weren't dry and rubbery.

Oh for sure... no snotty liquid white. In fact the perfect over easy is the edges of the whites are browned.
Locally, there is this older fella that cooks breakfast at Bob Evans. That guy makes the best eggs in the world. Of course, he probably literally make 200-300 eggs a day.
