Why not lift the ban on medical supplies?

We had no business being in Iraq.
After al Qaeda murdered 2,996 Americans on September 11, 2001, we needed a focal spot to eliminate them, as well as the subsequent ISIS. So what would be more effective? Chase them from Middle Eastern country to Middle Eastern country, or give them a roach motel where they would congregate and die?
Iraq has served it's purpose as a happy place where radicalized shithead Islamic terrorists go to die. We sent so many of them bastards to their 72 virgins, that we stopped counting a long time ago.
Or would you rather have had to kill them on our home ground? Something tells me I don't think you're up for a little urban warfare in your neighborhood.

Seeing as how most of our own medical supplies are manufactured in China, why would Iran have a problem obtaining them? They're good buddies, you know. Like Italy, that's why so many of them are dying there from the Chinese Wuhan Virus.

We just needed to deal with Afghanistan. Iraq acted as a counterweight to Iran's ambitions. ISIS wouldn't have gained any kind of foothold if we hadn't invaded and destabilized Iraq.
We did NOT need a "focal point" that included invading a sovereign country that had nothing to do with 911.
And how many lives have been lost over this?
