He's just pleading out without any fight whatsoever, and that's why he isn't getting the book thrown at him. CNN has records for 16 and 17, but there could be younger ones. He seems to be the "dirty old man" model of kid toucher, not a true pedophile, but who knows what he had as far as kiddie porn.
