Not understanding high critic reviews. Despite Affleck and Matt Damon - this movie is pretty amateurish. The writing is way too "bravado", to the point it is comical.
For instance, they are an under cover special ops team - and they drive up to a undercover bust driving a 1971 Mustang Mach 1, a Dodge Challenger, 59 Belair, custom crotch rocket etc. People would notice them the second they arrived.
Dumb. We didn't last through whole movie, the bad script and bad acting was too much

It was OK but all the "twists and turns" it supposedly had were just not there.....Very predictable.

Oh and that "abandoned" upper middle class neighborhood.....Sure was convenient for a free fire zone wouldn't you say?

I literally laughed a few times at the "tough guy" attitude scenes - even the females in this movie act like they are on 100mg of testosterone.

The entire neighborhood was owned by the cartel.

So, yes. Good for a free fire zone.

We found Ford VS. Ferrari on Netflix.
Have to ask - why would an actor like Matt Damon agree to such a garbage movie as The RIP??
It is like selling your soul.
