You are lying to protect a pervert. You are so slimy, I am going to take a shower after corresponding with you.
Jeffrey Epstein was
convicted in 2008 of Florida state charges of
solicitation of prostitution and
solicitation of prostitution from a minor. He was later
charged in 2019 with federal crimes of
sex trafficking of minors and
conspiracy to commit sex trafficking of minors, but died in jail before he could stand trial.
Details of the Cases
2008 Convictions (Florida State Court):
- Charges: Epstein pleaded guilty to one count of soliciting prostitution and one count of soliciting prostitution from a person under the age of 18.
- Sentence: As part of a controversial plea deal with federal and state prosecutors, he was sentenced to 18 months in a county jail, of which he served 13 months. The deal allowed him to participate in a work-release program, spending most of his time outside of the jail at his office. He was also required to register as a sex offender.
- Controversy: This non-prosecution agreement drew widespread criticism for being too lenient and effectively ended a federal investigation that had reportedly prepared an indictment with 60 criminal counts against him.
2019 Charges (Federal Court, New York):
- Charges: Epstein was arrested and charged with one count of sex trafficking of minors and one count of conspiracy to commit sex trafficking of minors. These charges alleged he had sexually exploited and abused dozens of minor girls at his homes in Manhattan and Palm Beach between 2002 and 2005.
