This is crazy nonsense. The Balts only began to speak Slavic languages around the 8th century AD.It existed nothing what you are able to call "Russians" when the Scandinavian Varagians had a trading post which they called "Rus". And the old-Prussian baltic language as well as the languages in Estonia, Lettland and the language in Lithuania are very interesting for someone who likes to understand the relations between the indo-germanic Slawic language with other languages in Europe.
