We have millionaires that pay only a small amount into that and still are able to claim it. If someone dies before they withdraw any money or only a small portion of the money that was paid in, that money is added into the social security fund, no one gets it. Out of that Social Security they still have to pay into Medicare. So they get some money then the government takes some away.
