Yeah, it's hard even when your browser remembers passwords for you. I have a list of what passwords go with which website but it's easy to forget making changes to it when you do so online.

What is your system for doing this?

I tend to use two passwords that I have memorized, over and over, at least for inconsequential sites that don't involve identity details or finances. When it's a more sensitive need, or when the site insists I change it, I keep 'em on a handy text file that I can call up, because they're gonna be too convoluted to remember otherwise. That text, just in case it's ever snooped, is written in code-clues only I would understand given other pieces of the puzzle.

Wanna see it? :eusa_shifty:

Passwords are a PITA. They were OK at first for genuine needs but now you need one every time you feel a damn fart coming on.

Quantum cryptography's the future and already confirmed 'proof of concept' tech. Just a matter of time.
