A candidate for president weaponized the nation’s Justice Department to pursue an investigation into their political opponent based on what they knew were lies. Americans were wiretapped! Some were entrapped for flimsy claims of perjury. The director of the FBI went into the Oval Office to tell the president that there was a sexual rumor floating around, so that it could be promptly leaked to the media. Outrageous doesn’t cover it. And still no shame from Hillary Clinton and her supporters, because it’s Donald Trump — anything is fair game to take him down.
All these things we’ve been lectured about over the past four years: Norms being broken, Internet misinformation, perversion of government — it was all happening. It was the Democrats who were doing it. Think anyone in the left-wing media will notice?

The Press is supposed to be the Watch Dog for the citizens.
But the American Press is the Guard Dog for the corrupt Democrat Party.

The press was never a watch dog over democracy. That is a lie. Who here thinks the press spends billions of dollars out of the goodness of their heart to notify you of what is going on in the world?

And even if they were, they must fight personal bias to do it.

Looking at the history of the press in the US, the press started with the political parties. One political party started a newspaper and then the other party started one.

But like with most other things, we were sold a lie and took it hook, line, and sinker.

So the question begs, how can democracy be a democracy if we don't really know what is going on and are simply spoon fed propaganda 24/7?

So Durham's potential conflict of interest claim doesn't alledge that the information about trump's connection with the russians was not true, but only that Sussmann might have uncovered it while working for Clinton. What if Sussmann had discovered that trump had also raped and killed a bus load of nunns while working for Clinton, would it have been illegal to report that too?
