America's media tells us that 2/3's of Ukraine's children have been taken out of their homes. It's insinuated that Russia/Putin intends to have the other 1/3 the same. I'm still somewhat divided on whether or not that can be the truth?

Would past experience from other recent wars show that would be the case for the enemy's children?

Wars always effect children the most egregiously.
