The communist left seem wholly unprepared for a Trump win, darting about, running into each other to quickly divorce themselves from the admiration of “democracy” they’ve been claiming for the past year, hoping to vault themselves into a position to deny Trump his rightful exertion of power as President of the United States. All the powers they claim Biden (Obama) had to remake the bureaucracy into his private gestapo and the people into the KGB for their causes of forced transgenderism and illegal immigration, they claim does not apply to Trump.

When in power, the communists raise up to the heavens the idea of the institutions and the need for unquestioning obedience to the dictates of their politicians. The minute the vote goes against them, they switch into “shadow government” mode to “patriotically” deny power to their enemies.

The 2024 election was more than a simple victory for Republicans, because Republicans weren’t on the ballot, America Firsters and MAGA were on the ballot. A vision of America was on the ballot. A rejection of hate speech, illegal immigration and pedophilia were on the ballot and the overwhelming votes Trump received will not be received by those who don’t hold with the principles of freedom of speech and a rejection illegal immigration and pedophilia.

The communist left are too exposed now to claim to be anything else. I find the concept of a shadow government to be quite intriguing, considering that such a statement would have been seen as an insurrection just a few days ago by those who propose it now. They seem to carry the United States Government with them no matter where they go or how democratically defeated they are.
