I have a feeling he was then in charge of the Spanish based operation with responsibility for SS top command who escaped mainly to Argentina and Patagonia .

Separately he had been brave and inspired during the war and most importantly I believe he was trusted by Martin Bormann who was the remarkable architect of the Fourth Reich and its wedding with Traditional Deep State led by the Rothschilde and Rockefeller families .
