Blue State and City politicians don't want to realease their law enforcement forces to arrest those involved because they themselves would be arrested for inciting the riots, looting and arson.

I doubt peace will ever have a presence, but it definitely won't ever be out there if good people choose to let guilty people get away with whatever crime(s) they have committed.
