Maduro was indicted in the U.S. Probably more than once with superseding indictment(s).

Noriega attempted that defense and it was shot down by the 11th Circuit. The Supreme Court declined to review it.

The Mexican doctor who kept DEA Agent Kiki Camarena alive while he was being tortured was kidnapped by US law enforcement in Mexico and brought to the US. The Supreme Court later affirmed his conviction and held the legality of his arrest on foreign soil could not be raised as a bar to prosecution in the US.

Either get dragged through our courts........or.......like Qassem Soleimani, you can have your entire court proceedings packed into one bullet.
