**** you Mick. Alex acted legally and lawfully for every second of the encounter up until his body went cold from death. He didnt interfere. He was accosted by an "agent" who closed distance to meet him. He raised his hands in a non threatening way to deescalate the roided up "agent". He never pushed, punched, and more importantly never threatened the "agents". He had a phone in his right hand the entire time until he was shot. His left hand is visibly empty. In the last second of his life he is on his knees, beaten, with his phone still in his hand, unarmed.
