He went to the court when he was asked."

McLaughlin said Rubio Bohorquez entered the U.S. on a B2 tourist visa in 2017 that required him to leave the country by Oct. 22, 2017.

So, damn, it was the Trump administration that let him in. And you have no idea how stupid this practice of arresting immigrants in immigration court is. Sure, despite what you idiots on the right believe, the vast majority of immigrants show up for their immigration court hearings, why wouldn't they? But now, well that will probably change.
