Enforcing the laws of the United States is an outrage.

Can you even ******* believe it? The Feds have to JUSTIFY arresting an illegal with a criminal record (beyond breaking the immigration laws).

Somebody needs to come down hard on these public officials. There has to be a Federal crime that this falls under. It goes way beyond protected political speech.

I and most American, think it dirty pool to arrest immigrants at their appointed immigration proceedings. They are going about being here in accordance with the system, which shows willing compliance, no matter whether they had overstayed a visa or not.

Couple of thinks,

"DHS confirmed that this employee had gone in for a routine court appointment and was nevertheless detained. They provided no other basis for his detainment," Menin said during a press briefing on Monday. "On the contrary, he was a city council employee who is doing everything right. He went to the court when he was asked."

McLaughlin said Rubio Bohorquez entered the U.S. on a B2 tourist visa in 2017 that required him to leave the country by Oct. 22, 2017.

So, damn, it was the Trump administration that let him in. And you have no idea how stupid this practice of arresting immigrants in immigration court is. Sure, despite what you idiots on the right believe, the vast majority of immigrants show up for their immigration court hearings, why wouldn't they? But now, well that will probably change. Stupid is as stupid does.

Oh yeah, how about you produce that criminal record. Until then, I call bullshit.

It is much more than "dirty pool". ICE agents showing up at schools, at churches, and most insulting, at court. Do you think that might have an impact on those immigrants showing up for court? How about cooperation with police. I mean damn, those criminal gangs, now they have open reins. No immigrant is going to call and turn them in, ICE agents just might show up to arrests them. Just who does the Trump administration think they are protecting, from my perspective, it is those criminal gangs.

Why, wherever they can find them is the best place, this guy has overstayed his welcome by 9 years and works for city council member. Bet that council member is a democrat

While I do not choose to work up a good emotional rant of the subject, my disapproval was noted. Most Americans feel the same way.

Nonsense.

Why is it “dirty pool” to locate them where they are likely to be?

And what do they have to complain about when they shouldn’t be here in the first place?

We (yes YOU and I) BEGGED for all that they are doing. We wholly welcomed it despite our cries otherwise.
The insane, the criminally minded and the haters always have and always will do what they please facts, reality and morality be damned.

"All that is required for evil men to prevail is for good men to do nothing."

And here we are.
Stop looking for someone else to blame. Weak.

These are the words.......from a morons mouth.

And NO...MOST AMERICANS DO NOT FEEL THE SAME WAY. But nearly ALL America hating Communists do.

From the link in the OP:

"The Department of Homeland Security defended the arrest late Monday, saying the employee is in the U.S. illegally and has an alleged criminal history that includes an arrest for assault."

Why does the remainder of the article not speak to the criminal history or arrest?

Snatching people who are following the rules and attending their hearings is low. That's a shit move by shit people.
