Without the recognition of anchor babies as citizens, then none of the descendants of Europeans in the US can be citizens any longer.
The fact the anchor babies may have happened hundreds of years ago, changes nothing.
Without the recognition of anchor babies as citizens, then Trump is not a citizen any more.
The only citizens then would be the native Americans, since their ancestors did not violate treaties or commit genocide.

I think that the Supreme court will give the illegal aliens birthright citizenship.
But the 14th amendment was never intended for foreign citizens who illegally crossed our border.
If they give birthright citizenship to the illegals it will turn America into a third world country and it will give the racist and corrupt Democrats permanent power.
It will be the end of freedom in our country.

I'm sorry but I could not get past listening to more than about 1:30
seconds of that crap. I found listening to that woman Jackson like
listening to some idiot with a 40 IQ whose never seen a hammer in
his life tell me all about how to build a house.

If this loutish crap actually paces for cutting, incisive legal thought
now and its proponents in charge of running affairs,
we are all in deep doo-doo and would be better served than said
leaders if we all just took 8 pound irons repeatedly to the skull.

If Obama had issued an emergency executive order to take all our guns away because of all the killing taking place or something like that....

Are you saying the first district judge's suit received on this, COULD NOT issue a nationwide order to stop the president's actions of confiscating our guns, which is unconstitutional? That the court case would have to take months to make it up the ladder to the SC before being able to stop Obama with a nationwide injunction?
