Nope.. Not much of a drinker at all.. Once in a while I go bowling for shots, tho.. (Said friend is a baaaaaaaaad influence).

If I do drink, it's Southern Comfort & 7-Up, or Long Island's.. The once a year that I DO have a beer, it's MGD.

I'm boring.

He actually goes through a friend of ours. He owns a Home Improvement company and has alot of friends that are realtors, so he gets homes through them.
He did a section 8 house once for a private investor. After everything was said and done, the owners ended up making a $30,000 profit off that house! That's when he got into wanting to flip his own houses!
