I know of a person that got the Covid, and he and his whole family had it. He had it the worst. He got the Covid pneumonia. He got the transfusion in which he claims saved his life. Then his doctor put him on hydroxychloroquine as a preventive. He said he asked the doctor about the reputation of the med, and his doctor said it was all lies about what was said about it. Otherwise it's safe.

Politifact has today 73 false or mostly false statements from Biden.
They dont call them lies or mis-speaking, they just call them false statements.
Whether its a lie or mis-spoke depends on intent. Determining intent is a separate issue from whether something is objectively true or false.
