The "Justice Dept" screws up again?

The Russians practically gave the street address of potential terrorists in Boston but the apparent response from the "justice dept" was ....duh.. until the bomb went off at the marathon. Likewise the perp responsible for the terrorist act in Texas was allegedly under surveillance by the FBI. Did the Feds intend to facilitate an assassination attempt on people who were alleged to be intolerant of Islamic culture in order to show solidarity with the jihad or were they just incompetent? Don't mess with Texas though. It seems that a single Police Officer armed with a handgun took out two maniacs with semi-automatic rifles. So far no congrats from the White House.
