The IRS is Getting Audited

Yes get rid of wasteful spending.
Can be good. I just wish there were congressional oversight, as if we were still a democratic republic, with co-equal branches as the framers intended. Got to admit though, Congress has gotten increasingly shitty at oversight, to busy playing at partisan politics for cameras.

Congress are the ones doing the spending. We don't want them involved at all.

99% approved by Presidents, including Big Spender Don.

And that's exactly why congressional "efforts" to reduce waste and inefficiency never go anywhere. They create a committee staffed by the very people who are doing the spending, and none of them are willing to have any of their pet projects impacted at all.

And, who is doing the audit, Trump's Republican National Committee, headed by his daughter-in-law?

Why should Trump consider congressional oversight based on their track record? Also, how many of those auditing firms have executives who donate to political parties? That's the exact reason why DOGE doing the auditing is seen as making sense to a lot of people. Democrats don't like DOGE doing the auditing and discovering the waste, fraud, and abuse. Their problem is that they haven't given the American people a viable alternative to DOGE. So, as long as the reports keep coming out showing the nonsense that our government has spent money on, it keeps DOGE looking legitimate to voters and makes democrats look like the defenders of wasteful spending.

Biggest reason, they're not under congressional control.
That’s insane. Bank robbers are not under Congressional control

You trust THEM?

If good enough for President Musk, I guess he can use his personal employees. Paying 64% of total expenses ($264,000,000 contributed) to pay for the campaign, has perks, as political favors owed.

The IRS needs audited, same with every government agency given the fraud being uncovered

Burn it down

I hope they saved seven years of records. I can't wait for Democrats to protest this audit. :auiqs.jpg:

if you claimed a 9 million doller deduction and really didn't have it, what would happen to you
Same goes for those who gave rueters 9 million

You idiots want to burn the whole government down

Nut jobs

I never said that and don't start with your BS.

Why do you oppose accountability?

I don't expect anything coherent from you

President Musk? You'd think there would be a memo when the fever swamp comes up with a new fantasy.
