Maybe she lived right there, maybe she got separated from her family, maybe she ran out without permission after the family dog--- what difference does it make? I cannot think of any reason the girl was alone that is worse than what this guy did to her.

Why shouldn't any 10 year old child be allowed to walk by theirself without the risk of being sexually-assaulted or worse? It's sad that society has sunk to the level where children are preyed upon by sexual deviants who come from countries where it's acceptable. The world wasn't like this when I was growing up.
