Just to be clear, when this particular discussion speaks to "The HAMAS Charter," what is really under examination is The Covenant of the Islamic Resistance Movement (HAMAS), issued on August 18, 1988, and "The Position Paper" on the General Principles and Policies of HAMAS, May 2017.

I see no reason to question the intent that the Hostile Arab Palestinians (HoAP) when they establish the following as Principles and Policies:

◈ no matter how long the occupation lasts
◈ land of Palestine shall be compromised or conceded
◈ Hamas rejects all the agreements, initiatives and settlement projects that are aimed at undermining the Palestinian cause
◈ Resisting the occupation with all means and methods is a legitimate right guaranteed by divine laws
◈ Hamas rejects any attempt to undermine the resistance and its arms
◈ Armed resistance, which is regarded as the strategic choice for protecting the principles and the rights of the Palestinian people.

Without regard to what the HoAP may say is lawful under international law, they cannot cite that law. Why, because these concepts behind 1) "all means and methods" and 2) "Armed Resistance" Are in violation of International Humanitarian Law and the International Covenant for Civil and Political Rights.

◈ Propaganda for war shall be prohibited by law
◈ Advocacy of national, racial or religious hatred that constitutes incitement to discrimination, hostility or violence shall be prohibited by law
◈ Protected persons who commit an offence intended to harm the Occupying Power, damage the property of the occupying forces or administration or the installations used by them, shall be liable to internment or simple imprisonment

Without regard to what the HoAP may say, no territory in the region was, by a matter of law, Occupied Palestinian Territory until after December 2012.
.
Many, many Anti-Israeli and Pro-Palestinian Jihadist, Fedayeen Activist, Hostile Insurgents, Radicalized Islamic Followers, and Asymmetric Fighters often imply that there is some actual "binding" resolution or "international law" that allows the HoAP the right of engaging in a Non-International Armed Conflict (NAIC). But you will never actually get them to cite such a "binding" resolution or "international law." In fact, the true nature of the law states the exact opposite.

End the occupation and you end the violence. Rocco, you and I have been down this road many times, so there's no point for you and I to re-visit it.

Who are you talking to? Yourself? Because you keep stating these bullshit arguments! Israel exists and nothing is going to change that. There is no military power in the region that can force that change. But we are not talking about that land. We are talking about the land seized in the '67 war. That land, Israel cannot keep!

Why?

Why would Israel not keep it?

Arabs invaded with the goal of wiping Israel off the face of the earth. They lost, the land they lost is forfiet.

Like I said, fuck that.

Muslim Supremacist's have plenty.

And if they don't they will be as well.

The Israelis want them liquidated, not assimilated.
If the Israelis wanted to liquidate the Palestinians, they certainly have the military power to do so. Instead they go far out of their way to avoid unnecessary civilian casualties in their retaliatory strikes after Hamas rocket and mortar attacks on Israeli civilians. You might notice that Hamas and the other Palestinian terrorists target Israeli civilians, NOT the IDF soldiers.

Wrong! The West Bank, Gaza, the Golan Heights and East Jurusalem are all under Israeli occupation. Stop talking stupid!
Of all those places, only the Golan Heights are occupied. They are only occupied because the Syrians spent decades firing artillery from them at Israeli CIVILIAN kibbutzim. The West Bank and Gaza were both part of the original territory granted to the Jews when the Ottoman Empire was dissolved. The Arabs got over eighty percent of the territory. The West Bank and Gaza were both seized by Arab armies during the 1947 war as was East Jerusalem. Jerusalem was supposed to be a neutral city with free access to all, instead it was carved up like Berlin into zones of occupation by the cease fire agreement that was based upon what territory each side controlled when the armistice went into effect.

Yeah they did steal land. Read Moishe Dayan. When Israel attacked Egypt in 1967 most Egyptian troops were deployed in Yemen... from 1962 to 1970.
That's really odd since Egypt, Syria, Jordan, Iraq and a couple other members of the Arab League were deploying their troops to invade Israel when the IAF mounted its preemptive strikes to seize control of the air and the IDF slaughtered the Arabs.

Oh yes they go out of their way alright.

To snipe school children.

To run people over with bulldozers.

To use white phosphorous.

They are soooo caring and compassionate.

I hope that shithole apartheid state gets nuked into the center of the Earth.

Most Egyptian troops were deployed in Yemen from 1962-1970. Experienced troops were fighting the civil war there. Israel planned the war since 1953. Read Moishe Dayan. He goes into detail as to Israel's ambitions and the provocations they employed.

Israel's foremost military historian Martin Van Cleveld says the Golan heights and West Bank are completely unnecessary to Israel's defense.

In the early 1950s many Palestinians worked for ARAMCO.. Christians and Muslims.
Arabs and Muslims adopted the palestinian moniker in the 1960s. First palestinian charter and the flag were issued in 1964. Jews originally were designated as palestinians in the British Mandate. It’s a bogus identity.

They had currency, stamps and newspapers. Christians and Muslims were also Palestinians. A lot of Palestinians worked for ARAMCO in recreation, housing services, commissary and post office by 1950. Some were houseboys.

British Palestine, not Arab Palestine. English word, not Arabic. British Palestine became the state of Israel.
