Game 5 at BOS. 3OT. Loaded with stars. CBS TV. Controversy off the charts several times in the OT. Teams called back from locker rooms. 3 hour game. Brilliantly even Calling a timeout they dont have to advance the ball where they wanted it (PHX). Those that saw it, those that lived it. #Never forget it. Roller coaster much? Whole series off charts. PHX had good team going head to head with dynasty. You all can still research and read it.
Fly back to PHX on old commercial….maybe a prop plane at 3AM. Game one day later. Now, BOS to NY they need few days rest.
Also, If it was me, these stadiums would all have fixed camera spots. You wouldn’t need days to travel 100 miles for Brent Misberger and the cameras & DAL cheerleader setup. No huddled masses on the floor under the hoop. No running cameramen. No cheerleaders sitting down cross legged at end lines. No table of broadcasters blocking front row. Why do those sorts always act so special, look at me I’m important. Clock and refs only. But I digress.
