I have no idea what this reset has to do with black culture. What we are seeing is America shifting its ideology away from the left progressive, DEI, CRT, Feminism, BLT, massive expansion of government, green energy, the democrats and moving back to a center right ideology that has always been the norm. We can thank 4 years of Biden's failure on so many levels. Now we know Biden was drugged on Ambien, and amphetamines, had dementia before he was elected, Has Parkinson's Disease and was never able to actually run the country. A small group Jill Biden Hunter and some close aides ran the country while Biden was using addictive drugs. Ambien is benzodiazepine. No wonder he couldnt speak and make sense and they said he stutters.
