The more one spends on food the less likely that one has a healthy diet.

Eat lots of tomato's as they contain lycopene which is great for skin and urinary health.

If you can find organic, vine ripened tomatoes.
Beets are an amazing food. Reduce inflammation, eliminate aches, reduce blood pressure, improve circulation. Why peoe dont est them every day is crazy.

I have some arthritis but i notice that beetroot juice really takes the pain down. It has helped many a people. Doctors want to write prescriptions while natural foods can really do the job as well. People might very well feel better if they ditched the burger for a healthy salad and grab the burger only once in awhile. Parents for the most part dont help theiir kids by hitting a drive thru nightly. People are adficted to fat, sugar, and grease.

We have parents that bring their kids mccdonalds at school every day. Every day. The kids wont eat a veggie or puece of fruit.
McD's sandwiches aren't the problem, it's the shakes and fries.

Sandwiches are high high sofium. Just downright bad.

seems to me that single people and empty nesters are more likely to eat out often than parents with kids in the house.

Just look at those on SNAP, mostly unhealthy folks.
Sure because they are the ones that spend more on food. You just reversed your position by the way.

Perhaps you should revisit your OP: "The more one spends on food the less likely that one has a healthy diet."
:p
