No communal property. The government has a few (very few) duties: one is protecting private property. Another MAY be interstate highways, but don't count on it (controversial). As far as welfare and schools and so on go, people do it on their own or don't do it. Government has no role. Government should protect us from war and border incursions, but otherwise butt out.

I have never heard of leftwing libertarians! I believe you (because of the Spanish Civil War anarcho-syndicalists: there is no limit to human political foolishness) but I've never heard of leftwing libertarians myself.

Darn, it's so poorly known a political idea that another woman I used to know in person but don't now because she's such a damn leftist, referred to libertarians as rightwing conspiracy theorists!! I don't know where she got that, either.
