A grand jury voted to indict him on Sept. 25 and hours later, Comey was issued a summons directing him to appear in federal court in northern Virginia for an Oct. 9 arraignment. His lawyers agreed to bring him to his arraignment, two sources said.

But on the same day as his indictment, FBI leadership discussed hauling Comey in instead of waiting for the ex-FBI chief to report to court on his own, a source knowledgeable about the conversions told CBS News."

Trump was convicted of 34 crimes. He wasn’t charged with something he could sleep walk through and beat. The public evidence on Comey is something a first year attorney could beat. Unless they have a secret letter or email Comey wrote that says “I lied” he’s in the clear. He should be deported for what he did to Hillary’s election though.

No. A Virginia DOJ lawyer quit rather than prosecute a case without a crime. They then installed an insurance lawyer with no criminal experience to file the bogus case. You know that though.

As I said above. A first year attorney could beat this case based on what is in the public domain. I doubt they have a confession they would need.
