The FBI has fired agents who were photographed kneeling during the Black Lives Matter protests in 2020, the Associated Press reports. Two sources told the agency that about 20 agents were fired, and an additional source confirmed the dismissals.

Here's the kicker: if you don't kneel before BLM, you could get fired during Biden's administration; if you do kneel, you could get fired during Trump's administration.
In other words, FBI employees just have to hope they don't get caught on camera, because whatever they do, they'll be the ones who get blamed.
In these circumstances, what should you do? Do what you have to do and let the chips fall where they may.
