The records don’t show what became of the DOJ’s investigation into the allegations, but the documents indicate the government found her to be a credible accuser.
The 13yr old is 'Katie Johnson' who attempted to file several lawsuits and ended up withdrawing them, the last was supposedly from threats but her lawyer said in her book that Johnson wasn't under threat and unexpectedly withdrew the lawsuit never saying why
