Federal Judge Amy Berman Jackson ruled late Saturday evening that President Donald Trump's firing of the head of the Office of Special Counsel, Hampton Dellinger, was unlawful, keeping him in his post.

Here is what the judge seems to have overlooked.

“The Special Counsel may be removed by the President only for inefficiency, neglect of duty, or malfeasance in office.”

I wonder if a case of malfeasance could be made. Maybe not.

He hasn’t been the Special Counsel for even a full year.

Yeah. This might not be a win for the President. But, we shall see.

These Obama and Biden appointed judges will all be overturned... even supreme court Justice Roberts blocked one of them without a hearing and said other attempts by courts to micro manage the executive branch will also not be successful....

I am guessing that the high court will eventually affirm the President’s very broad authority to fire subordinates — BUT will recognize again a small area of exception.

That is likely to allow this particular official l, Dellinger, to avoid a firing.
