I don't have proof. I won't pretend I have any documentation to back it up. But in my gut I do believe Obama is deep state and was behind a lot of or maybe most of the crap we endured during the Biden administration. I do believe he instigated or allowed weaponization of our government against political opponents in his term of office and likely promoted that in Biden's administration.

Does all that constitute treason or other high crimes and misdemeanors? If so, I think it does. But do I believe he will be charged for any crimes he has committed? I am not optimistic at all about that.

Tempted to vote for the last option just for grins, shits and giggles. But I’m glad you’re back from vacation.

I’m not sure that Obumbler’s misbehavior was “treason.” I do believe that, if substantiated, it was criminal.

And I also suggest that — under the specific terms and limitations of the SCOTUS decision on Presidential immunity — there is no honest way to say Obumbler’s behavior would qualify for such immunity.
