Second is that very few firefighters ever have to pull anyone out of a fire, and since they always work in pairs, they NEVER have to do it alone.
Only a very few firefighters are ever sent in to look for victims to pull out, and all you have to do is pick those few for size and strength.

What you are saying is like claiming a quarterback and linebacker should both be the same size.

While government can be good, historically government has always become worse over time and always eventually becomes the enemy.
For example, ancient Rome used to be a republic, and slowly became an empire.
Never has any republic lasted more than a few hundred years.

The last legitimate war was in 1812.

You do not "carry a fire extinguisher in case of fire" because that is not a good way to put out fires.
