It's an exercise in demonizing cities for generally finding Democrats the lesser evil. Why not just outlaw both evils and begin selecting from good, unbought, non partisan people?

It's kind of hard to lift up the urban residents when you have Republicans running your state. Just ask the residents of Flynt, still using bottled water.
Flint, Mi. is of the village. Ran into the ground and corrupted to the max. Water is basic. most of those cities and states have Governors and State Legislatures change parties at times. All those cities are Prog controlled. More then that, entrenched.
 
Blacks vote for Blacks no matter what. Thus all Black dominated areas turn to shit.
