Sometimes, in conversation, I will jokingly say “I used to do that when I was a little kid….oh, wait: I still do that!”
But not everyone stops being a child: then they vote Democrat.
1. Every child is a communist. Think about it. They want everyone to have everything, lots of sharing, no one without toys and stuff. That’s why one cannot leave government school to educate your children. They need to know the responsibilities of life, of growing up, and understand what it takes to earn what they have.

3. Imagine the above being taught to children by their teacher, perhaps in terms of toys or candy or cartoons; what child would disagree? What schoolboy or girl would not want all their classmates to have all the goodies that they want for themselves? And then they grow up to vote Democrat.

The world is full of little brats who don't want to share anything and throw tantrums if it's even suggested.
