1. The Supreme Court gave its decision that will allow the Democrats to continue to destroy America.
The Court is right, even though it allows the America-hating Democrats to do wrong.

2. "Supreme Court allows Biden to end Trump-era 'Remain in Mexico' policy
The policy required people seeking asylum at the southern border to wait in Mexico while their claims were decided.
WASHINGTON — The Supreme Court handed President Joe Biden a victory Thursday, ruling that he can shut down a Trump administration program designed to restrict immigration at the southern border.

The court said in a 5-4 ruling that the Biden administration acted properly in seeking to end the "Remain in Mexico" policy, formally known as the Migrant Protection Protocols. It required people seeking asylum at the southern border, mainly from Central America, to wait in Mexico while their claims were decided."

3. In short, it said a President did not have to maintain policies of a previous President. It is the right decison.

4. BUT......let's not forget that the aim of the Democrats, for a half century, has been to replace Americans with unskilled, uneducated third worlders who need welfare and government largesse, and will vote Democrat.

5. A reminder: Trump, who loves America, prevented the invasion that Democrats support.

Yeah, they might have won one there but I'm far more interested that they also took away the EPA and other alphabet agencies from enacting regulations whose powers really are supposed to reside within the Congress itself! :auiqs.jpg:

I wrote about it because of the irony.

I agree with it, but not with the Democrats.

There were several other decisions....and they will take up the reason the election was stolen....North Carolina.

I've been waiting a long time for the Court to deal with bureaucrats taking over.

In 1960, the Code of Federal Regulations had 22,877 pages. In 2012, there were 174,545 pages. Charles Murray, “By the People: Rebuilding Liberty Without Permission,” pg 6

    1. While the officials in these agencies are generally good people, they become focused on their particular portfolio of duties, that, often, they cannot see the consequences on other parts of society. Put this together with human nature, and one can see bullying, and misuse of power, especially when these individuals are immune to penalty, and supported by free and extensive legal representation: they have sovereign immunity in their positions.
    2. A remedy would be the ability of citizens to sue the federal government to protect their legitimate interests, for damages. While currently unconstitutional, the Congress can waive sovereign immunity,
    3. Such a congressional waiver would not only protect the citizenry, but would go far toward defining the limits of federal authority.
    4. While not unconstitutional, regulation may be considered extra-constitutional. There may be some point where it is considered to be an unconstitutional delegation of legislative authority to an agency or bureau. Under Obamacare, or Dodd-Frank Reform we see legislation where regulators have not yet determined what the regulation should be…how can Congress allow a law without knowing what the impact will be?
  1. [Yet, from the earliest of Progressive administrations, we find the belief that government bureaucrats, and technocrats, and agencies know better than those involved in the myriad voluntary transactions as to how much each should have.
“Progressives looked to insulate administrators not only from the chief executive, but from politics altogether. It is the Progressives' desire to free bureaucratic agencies from the confines of politics and the law that allows us to trace the origins of the administrative state to their political thought. The idea of separating politics and administration--of grounding a significant portion of government not on the basis of popular consent but on expertise--was a fundamental aim of American Progressivism and explains the Progressives' fierce assault on the Founders' separation-of-powers constitutionalism.” The Birth of the Administrative State: Where It Came From and What It Means for Limited Government]
