Does not exist And
Hypocrites-what about Sarah Sanders right to her views which got her chased out of a restaurant??? Lib loons won’t answer that because they can’t yet maintain its “law” for a member of the press to be allowed anywhere anytime.

Oh it does.

The problem is that many confuse their Right of Freedom of Speech for their desire that what they say is heeded and accepted.

I didn't get that from the article. She was served and paid. She had also overstayed the table time limit which is a valid concern for an establishment which needs to turn customers. I think the writer of the article did his/her best to make something of this that it wasn't. MSM sensationalism.

Yes. The First Amendment is a thing here. I know its a foreign concept where you are at.

Lets just say here Putin can't make sure you stan yourself in the back seventeen times and jump out a window.

That right does not exist in a private business.
Right of viewpoint either exits whether at a press conference or public restaurant or that right doesn’t exist at all.
Much overstatement from lib loons all the time over what is private or not , generally implying that private means they can utterly do what they want. That would be untrue if its constitutionally protected “right of viewpoint”

The first amendment applies to government. That’s why it says “Congress shall make no law”.

The right to Free Speech protected in the Constitution as about government suppression.

Private business is free to suppress speach on their property.

False.

When you say "at a press conference" you obviously are referring to the DOD restrictions in the news recently. DOD is a government entity.

A public restaurant is a private business.

Libs need their lapdog media to have all sorts of rights while conservatives get trampled on and harassed at restaurants for their viewpoints

It’s a public use business. A lawyers office is private

Look at dummy using private as a description of a business fully open for public use.

You have the right to speak, you don’t have the right to be heard.

Hmm, I say we test this. We should organize a group on the right to follow left wing politicians into businesses and harass them in the same fashion, see how it gets reported in the news.

The group would be ejected for harrassing other customers.

And rightly so.
