The final phase of monopoly capitalism is when the state protects the property of the minority by force. We're not there yet, but you will see more and more repressive state power on behalf of business, which, in late capitalism, is where concentrated power lies. This is why LBJ's war on poverty morphed into Reagan's war on drugs. Because when you unwind support for the masses, you better beef up law enforcement and build more prison beds.

The fact that I laughed at the stupid woman getting carried back into Citibank makes me feel guilty - but I think it's hilarious.

At 40 seconds, when she asked the guy if she should call the lawyers, her tone was one of anticipation...makes me wonder if it was all staged with the intent to cause an incident and get attention/sympathy.

No one was arrested for closing their accounts, this is what was going on inside the bank, while others were filming what was happening outside. This is why they were arrested.
