In an open letter to President Trump, CIA director John Ratcliffe asked President Trump to stop sinking their drug boats in the Gulf of America. Trump then responded by addressing the nation about the matter.

"I have a great relationship with CIA", said Trump. "As you possibly have heard, they like me. I like them, except maybe when they are laying down on a sloped roof, but that is another story, I can tell you that. But enough is enough. Quite frankly, too many drugs on the streets, so these CIA operatives running drugs into the country simply all have to become fish food, like Johah, except without all the Biblical nice endings, I can tell you that. It will be more like Revelation, not such a nice ending, very ugly that Revelations, only the heaven part for all the nice people, I suppose. The reason is, our country is in serious trouble. We don't have victories anymore. We used to have victories but [now] we don't have them. For example, when was the last time anybody saw us beating, let's say, China, in a trade deal or even at soccer? Soccer, I hate soccer, it's not an American sport, but that's not the point. The point is, these Chinese, they are killing us. But just know that I beat China all the time. All the time like I am doing now by sinking their fentanyl boats run by these CIA operatives. Feed the fish, and they will feed you. That's what I say. I just love eating fish food."
