So, the oldest boy has started wrestling. He's working out now and through the summer. I teach him a few moves every day. His little brother will start this summer.

You may want to consider teaching the younger one blocks before you teach the older one strikes.

Why not have them engage in a real sport? There are a score of them out there. Something that you can play with normal people and have fun. Wrestling is something that you do on the side, not as a main activity.

Wrestling is the realest sport there is. The only reason I went to college.

I went to school for the drugs and to meet girls from The Midwest.
Or I should say the only reason I was able to go to college where I did.

Drugs were out of the question. Girls were a given.

Just because you can get a scholarship for it doesn't make it a real sport. Rowing. LaCross. Soccer.

Title Nine has created a cornucopia of bullshit sports...not that rasslin' was a product of Title Nine. Most rasslin' programs got shit-canned when Title Nine kicked in.

How arrogant does one have to be in order to believe that just because they don’t like a sport that it’s not worth competing in?
