Obviously this isn’t over. But the court rulings have some momentum building now. For good reason.

Another court willing to rule based ON the Constitution

Another good day for America.
Biden knew this wasn’t legal, but did it anyway. Likely counting on lazy people crying and threatening protests if they actually have to (gasp!) pay their debts like everybody else does.

Well, this is not at all shocking:

NEARLY HALF OF STUDENT LOAN FORGIVENESS RECIPIENTS WILL USE RELIEF TO GO ON VACATION

Biden’s student loan relief plan, which would cancel up to $10,000 in federal student debt for borrowers, and offer an additional $10,000 of relief to borrowers who received Pell Grants, was blocked on Friday, October 21 by a federal appeals court.
Republicans argue that the Biden administration’s plan is “economically unwise and downright unfair,” and that the relief will not go to those who really need it.

To find how recipients would use the extra money they would have each month, in October, Intelligent.com surveyed 1,250 individuals who have applied or plan to apply for Biden’s student loan forgiveness program.

Key findings:

  • 73% of applicants say they are likely to spend their extra money on non-essentials, including vacations, smartphone, drugs/alcohol
  • Men more likely than women to spend the money on non-essentials (84% vs 65%)
  • 2x as many Democrats than Republicans say it’s acceptable to spend the money on non-essentials
  • 77% of applicants say they could use money more wisely
  • 4 in 10 say student loans haven’t negatively affected their lives

Let all raise our hands if we support using our taxpayer money to pay for deadbeats’ vacations.

This is not even a close question. The President lacks the power to do this; even Nancy P acknowledged this when it was first mentioned.

And of course, our brain-addled President thinks that when a loan is forgiven, government checks are sent out. What a fucking marooooooon!

They already had a four to six year vacation living off of the welfare of student loan.

The annoying thing about it is that student loan is rediculously easy to avoid paying essentially forever. People who experience financial issues over being pursued for not paying are too lazy and stupid to look into the many ways to get deferrals and forbearances.

The lazy and stupid are such a reliable Democrat voting base that they must be catered do.

I feel for many of them. As kids barely out of high school, they were sold a "free" education. It turned out to be worth much less than zero for those who majored in some form of "woke" studies, instead of a degree with the job title in its name, such as engineering, accounting, archetecture, software development, or marketing.

It made many of them over-qualified Starbuck's baristas at a time when Starbuck's woke policies is causing them to close down store after store.

/——-/ Geeeze now libtards will have to pay for their own worthless degrees.
From the ruling: The court has correctly ruled in favor of our motion and deemed the Biden student loan program illegal. The judge criticized the Biden Administration program, calling it 'one of the largest exercises of legislative power without congressional authority in the history of the United States.' This ruling protects the rule of law which requires all Americans to have their voices heard by their federal government," Parker said.

We need a panel of federal judges to review and rule on any EO a POTUS wants to sign. Dems pick three and the gop picks three. A 4-2 or less or a tie kills the EO.

Or hell maybe EOs just need to go away and let congress hash things out....You know, it's what we elect them to do.
