People who live 5 miles from their nearest neighbor. It's not very profitable for the cable and internet companies to lay the cable out to each of those fucking hicks houses. So each of these red necks who vote Republican should each have to pay $5000 out of pocket to have internet connected to their homes.

Here is yet another example of red states with their hands out to the federal government. Rather than each of these farmers paying to have internet connected to their homes, they want uncle sam to pay for it.
