You never want to go first. Going second allows you to clear up accusations that are false and to correct them. Just like some of us are doing with you. Joe Biden did cause the war by funding the war for Russia through allowing Germany and other countries to buy oil and minerals from Russia. Trump stopped that in his first term and Russia could not afford to continue the war in 2017. In the interview with Trump-Hannity, Trump explained how he has stopped 5 wars. It's called tariffs and sanctions. He uses them to get countries to stop wars. He also stops wars from starting using the same procedure. Sometimes, he does have to preemptively strike like with ISIS, Syria (Russians) and Iran.
