Oddly enough transport hub (plane, train, bus) checks by the BP are legal anywhere in the country because the locations fall under fed interstate regulations.

I talked with a team of two BP agents and that was all they did before Biden ended the practice.

It's up and running again now though.

There's a youtube of a sovcit being stopped by border patrol (I still call them border patrol). Its righteous. The sov cits are practically foaming at the mouth the agents are like "wo are you ok?"

Yep, many people are shocked when they learn the hard way that any transport hub that accepts international travelers is covered under the border patrol.

Those that have work visas and green cards are supposed to carry them at all times for proof they are in the states legally. If stopped and they don't have it on them, they can be deported.
