The documents Trump had were declassified and it was legal for him to have them, he had them in a room guarded 24/7 by the secret service............

Biden had no authority to have even one of those documents.....and each one in his possession is a felony. Self reporting, after his lawyers found them after 6 years, and returning them doesn't mean jack shit as far as the crime he committed........he had Top Secret documents in violation of the law...... each one a felony. He had them in multiple, unsecured locations, with access avaliable to the Chinese government and his drug addict, bag man son.......

There is nothing about this that is the same or better for biden vs. Trump......

No they were not declassified. It was not legal for him to have them and he knows they were classified. He lied to the government. He stonewalled. He dared them to do something about it. They number in the hundreds. Biden had around 25 and clearly, they were misplaced. Biden committed no crime.

Trump reportedly ignored multiple requests from the National Archives for those documents, and after a Trump attorney’s false assertion to the Justice Department that all the requested documents at Trump’s Mar-a-Lago residence had been returned, the Justice Department was ultimately forced to obtain and execute a search warrant. Prosecutors have also argued that Trump’s team tried to hide the documents found at Mar-a-Lago before and after the subpoena was issued.

Reportedly, in Biden’s case, the White House counsel alerted the National Archives as soon as classified documents were found at Biden’s former office in November. The National Archives didn’t ask; Biden’s team offered.
