While the doors to USAID have been closed, the plan is to keep programs that fund things that benefit the American people and dump the B.S. spending on nonsense that don't and you can be sure that once complete, the farmers will still be getting their subsidies as that benefits Americans.
In the past various senators have requested the spending information from USAID only to be denied access and at times even threatened. That was and is ridiculous as none of what USAID spends on is classified information. We and you, the taxpayer have the right to know where the money goes and be sure that it indeed gets to the designated recipients.

They work from sun up to sun down for pennies on the dollar because they love their farms, their animals and their lives. You won't find many billionaire farmers.
