For the record there are people with zero criminal history who‘s only crime was walking around in unauthorized areas of the capital building who are and have been sitting in jail without bail for 7 months, and a guy with a criminal record 50 pages long who used his car to run over and kill 8 people and injure 40(?) last week is already out on bond. I get it Jan 6 was the “worst thing since the civil war” but the probability that the Jan 6ers will skip bail or pose more of a threat to the general public than Darrel Brooks is lunacy.It is impartial and fair although Republicans who stormed the capitol are getting off too easily.
